The Beautiful Historic Allison House is spacious with ample amounts of natural light and sits in the heart of historic NW DC neighborhood. Our home is filled with international art from travels around the world including Cuba, Jamaica, The Democratic Republic of Congo and other parts of the world.

Downstairs we have a half bath, formal dining area, living area, office space, and kitchen. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The Historic Allison House is just minutes away from the Georgia/Petworth is about 10-12 minute walk from the home and you will find a local grocery store, Safeway, along with a CVS and restaurants including Pantry Thai, Midlands (beer garden), Pom Pom for Japanese cuisine, and Homestead and Coffy Cafe (for coffee and crepes).

Guests can also learn more about the District by visiting the Smithsonian Museums, the SW Wharf, Botanical Gardens, Artechouse, Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Capital One Arena and and much more.
When you are in DC, you are only 20-30 minutes from the most historic places across the District.
